Walls are 50mm Rockwool insulated sandwich panels, with additional aluminium polyurethane external cladding (16mm thick) included

Flat roof system (zinc plated steel sheet) with built in drainage (4 downpipes), 75mm glass insulation and zinc plated steel ceiling panels.

Windows: (2 of) W1100 x H1100, uPVC frame, 5mm toughened glass windows with fly screen. 

Door; Single steel door, 840mm (W) x 2035mm (H) 

Floor: Heritage range SPC commercial grade hybrid flooring. Easy clean, natural look.

Approx. unit weight: 1600kg with floor and cladding. 

Locally structurally engineered, can be certified if required- will need specific address and there is an additional fee for each unit to be certified.

Wind region A (areas South of Greenhead): satisfies the required wind loads for all exposure conditions (except beachfront) for Region A wind loads.

Makes a great external office, workshop, shed, they are wider and taller than container houses, this design has all bolts hidden from external view for neater finish and less potential corrosion points.
