Walls are 50mm EPS-FR insulated sandwich panels, with optional additional aluminium polyurethane external cladding (16mm thick)

Flat roof system (zinc plated steel sheet) with built in drainage (4 downpipes), EPS-RF insulation and zinc plated steel ceiling panels.

Windows: (2 of) W900 x H1100, Aluminium frame, double glazed glass windows with fly screen. 

Door options;

1. Single steel door, 840mm (W) x 2035mm (H)
2. Glass slider, 1800mm (W) x 2100mm (H)

Floor covering: Not included

Approx. unit weight: 1400kg with cladding. 

Locally structurally engineered, can be certified if required- will need specific address and there is an additional fee for each unit to be certified.

Wind region A (areas South of Greenhead): satisfies the required wind loads for all exposure conditions (except beachfront) for Region A wind loads.
